An accounting team with professionals from United States specified the functionalities of the tool to be developed in a series of documents. These documents were validated and approved. A development team was set up in Brazil to implement intranet part of the tool. The development team specified the framework and structures of the code and implemented the application following to the guidelines and standards required by the company.
