Lessons learned
I had the opportunity to work on a very organized operation to specify the application requirements. This involved multiple standards defined by the company, several countries and a great number of users.
I worked as a Technical Team Leader and I was able to coordinate the development team, monitoring utilization and resource productivity. I helped on the distribution of tasks, identifying bottlenecks, and guaranteed that the deadlines were met.
