Tasks that I didn't have any action

• The current state of the Mainframe was analyzed and documented. The dependences of the existent programs were all identified. A document thorough document was written describing he needs for software upgrades, the versions of the new software to acquired an a plan to execute all the tasks.

Tasks that I had direct action

• A document was created containing the diagrams in Unified Modeling Language (UML). This document contained a description of all the classes that compound the basic structure of the application, such as authentication, authorization, service readiness and exceptions treatment, among others.

• All the Internet Banking functionalities were analyzed and the use cases were identified. These functionalities were classified in complexity. An estimate was generated based on the development productivity of that time.
