Solutions

These are the following solutions that were implemented to assist the projects of the companies and departments listed below.

Proposals:

Insurance company:

A team was sent to the customer. This team was composed by a project manager, an economy expert and I in the role of a information technology specialist. Our objective was to identify the components of the Accounting System that had problems and to generate a correction and system improvement proposal.

Bank institution:

A team of specialists and sales department integrants was designated to identify the systems to be migrated, their platforms, languages and complexities. The objective was to develop a commercial and technical proposal to migrate the systems. A project team was allocated to migrate the systems.

Energy Company:

A technical and commercial team ware allocated to develop a proposal to integrate the customer systems by messages in a business intelligence solution. There was a need to develop customized connectors.

Telecommunication Company:

A commercial team was designated to coordinate the effort of creating the proposal to the customer. A technical team was allocated to work with the laboratory to analyze the necessary modifications of the product to be used.

I helped auditing an external project:

Company of business credit information:

A team composed by a certified project manager, a security specialist and a development technician were allocated to analyze the quality of the processes used in the project being audited. A technical report was presented containing the conclusions of the technical analysis of the quality of the documents and products being generated, and of the quality of the management of the project.

I helped in internal activities of the department:

Portal:

The integrants of the development support departments divided the necessary tasks to develop the portlets for the departmental portal.

Informative from the department:

Every week someone from the support department was selected to write a small article and someone to gather the number of requests complete by the department and generate the department informative.
